If you want excellent workouts and quick assembly but have limited space then Powerline Home Gym BSG10 may be what you are looking for.
This home gym comes 90 percent preassembled all in one box. In fact you can get from unpacking to working out in half an hour or so. Not bad going.
The BSG10X comes with a compact frame, an everything adjustable approach and, of course, the Powerline 10 year warranty.
Pluses of this home gym:
1. Well built.
2. Comes with most of the main components (especially cables) already assembled. You will need a helping hand to lift, move and hold a section or two while you fasten them together.
3. Fully adjustable for fit and comfortability.
4. You can purchase and add more weight to the standard 160lbs that come with it.
5. Relatively small footprint.
6. Easier than adding and removing free weight plates when changing exercises.
7. Looks good.
Some user reviews:
“I did alot of comparisons before and after the purchase. I can honestly say – for the value, quality, versatility, and convenience – you just can’t beat it. ”
“Nothing but positives for this machine, very easy to finish assembly,as it comes out of the box almost ready to use.”
In conclusion:
A great home gym that comes 90% built and with a relatively small footprint.

The Bowflex PR3000 home gym machine will give your body a total workout and is a great way to strengthen your muscles with over 50 strength exercises. It even includes a built-in rowing station.
This home gym will exercise the abs, arms, chest, back, shoulders, and lower body and uses a system of patented Power Rods, which help provide a feels that’s as good as or better than free weights.
However judging from the many reviews we have seen most purchasers will want to upgrade from thge 210lbs to the 310lbs.
The pluses:
* It doesn’t take much floor space
* I don’t have to move heavy weights around during my workout
* It’s very quiet
* No cable changes keeps workouts moving along
* Motion is smooth (smoother than the Weider Platinum)
* Very good assembly directions
* A lot of things adjust for different sized people
* Top pulleys are on hook-and-eyes so that they swivel
* Can be upgraded to 310 pounds
* Very well-made, more attention to detail than other equipment we’ve had
The minuses:
* Doesn’t come with a lat bar, although you can do pulldowns with the hand grips
* The manual isn’t as detailed as other Bowflex units, although still better than most other home gyms.
* Very short warranty on smaller parts. I got an extended warranty.
* Bows resistance isn’t the weight specified (I measured and it’s lighter) but there was still more than enough resistance to give me a burn. Larger men and very fit people should probably get the 310 lb upgrade pretty quickly.
Some user comments:
“This is my first home gym. I was looking for something easy to use and conservative on space. The Bowflex PR3000 is perfect for those wishes”.
“The resistance bars the come with the machine are not enough. I had to to upgrade to 310 lbs.” Worth bearing in mind!
“It’s a good all around machine. Builds and tones quickly.”
Conclusion: Seems to be a great home gym but bear in mind that you will probably want the 31o lbs version.
